  • FORD has really surprised me or should I say shocked me in the way they are treating customers!!
    FORD MOTOR COMPANY VISION STATEMENT
TO BECOME THE WORLDS MOST TRUSTED COMPANY!!
As of today I have to say I have lost all trust in FORD MOTOR COMPANY! And I’m NOT the only one!! FORD MOTOR COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE knows there is a major issue with the 2017 FORD Escape paint pillars around the windshield and yet denying it and ignoring people not returning calls and telling them its out of warranty!!
WELL FORD MOTOR COMPANY YOU KNOW IT’S WRONG! IT’S A PROBLEM IN THE QUALITY OF YOUR PRODUCT IT’S YOUR ISSUE AND IT’S TIME YOU ANSWER TO ALL THESE PEOPLE ABOUT THE PAINT PEELING OFF THEIR 2017 FORD ESCAPES JUDT NOW 3 YRS OLD SOME NOT EVEN 30000 MILES AND THE PAINT IS PEELING!! I CAN WALK UP TO A CAR AND LOOK AT IT AND SEE THE BUBBLE AND SHOW YOU RIGHT WHERE IT’S GOING TO PEEL!!
SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE AND THAT SOMETHING IS ON YOU FORD! FORD MOTOR COMPANY NEEDS TO FIX ALL THESE CARS!! Do you think Henry Ford would appreciate how you’re treating these customers?! QUALITY IT’S ALL ABOUT THE QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION FORD and right now you have not scored good at all with this issue!!!

    • My 2018 explorer Is doing the same thing on the hood and of course it’s not under warranty..they should fix it as they know it is their crappy workmanship…

  • I have trusted Ford with our family travel for many years. However, Our 2020 Ford Escape Titanium has currently put a sour taste in my mouth. We just took a 1000 mile trip and our GPS has failed us. The GPS system is a substantial reason why I chose to buy Ford. Currently, we are fully dependent on our cell phones. 🙁

  • The current Thanksgiving Ford commercial is hugely irresponsible as we enter the most serious Covid spike yet. This commercial advocates ‘getting together’ at a time when all rational science indicates that we should not. It uses language such as ‘we are not going to let this stop us,’ flouting CDC recommendations. This is ridiculous and has caused me to lose faith in this company. The message of the ad is the antithesis of the Ford mission statement.

    • I agree with Elizabeth! Being a heart’s ❤️ transplant recipient and at high risk! Also your commercial showing a bunch of Santa’s running to a dealership to buy trucks just plain sucks! Little kids believe in Santa but are al the very least surprised by the commercial. Leave Santa our of your ads as drive to sell trucks for profit! Fix your attitude and mission statement! 🎅

  • 2018 Ford Edge sunroof shattered for no apparent reason. Ford won’t honor the warranty and fix it. Told me to contact my insurance. Wow what great advice. Vehicle was being driven in a rural community and in a speed zone and it just exploded. Ford is saying something must have fell from the sky I guess to cause this. Am hearing of others who have had there sunroof just explode on them as well.

  • I don’t have a good experience with Ford company, I have been waiting for more than a 30 days for parts for a 2018 Ford escape EcoBoost, front seat belt passenger side, they give me 2 number cases and they never contacted me. Right know I’m been waiting for the parts or a solution for my problem. I never thought that a car made in USA don’t have spears parts for the client.
